(historical) During World War II, a young woman who had sex with servicemen, ostensibly as a patriotic show of support.
A Victory Girl, of course, is not just any young girl who is in love with a soldier or sailor. She is different from most girls in that she is promiscuous, careless, sometimes diseased — a sexual delinquent in the literal sense of the words.
