1. (not-comparable) Relating to, or taking place during, a storm.
   • The Williams model may have given better results because it is a stormwise model and in the laboratory model, experiment is conducted for a short span of time, which may be simulating a storm. 2001, Indian Journal of Soil Conservation, volume 29, page 124:
