A lightweight sidecar, usually consisting of an open platform or bar for a passenger to stand on, and a handle to hold onto in order to balance the bike.
Sidehack bikes carry twice the weight of the standard BMX bike and must be built very strong . Yet keeping the weight down is as important to sidehack racing as it is in standard or cruiser BMX racing.
