(not-comparable, of a function) Having the property that for every compact subset of the domain, there exists a constant C such that f(x) + ½C|x|² is convex on the subset.
We also prove the first quantitative estimates on convergence of the discrete gradient flow or "JKO scheme" outside of the semiconvex case.
