1. (obsolete) One who takes a repast, or light meal.
   • if any fellow of this house, being a commoner, or repaster, should, within the precincts of this house, wear any cloak, bootes and spurrs, or long hair, to pay for every offence 5s. for a fine, and also be put out of commons. 1804, William Herbert, Antiquities of the Inns of court and chancery, page 311:
