polysleeve en · NOUN
Etymology
From poly- + sleeve (“protective jacket or case”).
Meanings
-
A clear plastic sleeve, usually closed on two or three sides, often used to contain CDs, trading cards, first day covers and other collectables.
It takes two $1.00 CDs and about 30-45 minutes for me to burn a couple of discs in the background while I am doing other things. Postage for 2 CDs in a .15 cent polysleeve is not even a dollar.
