Meanings

Resembling (but not) Parkinson's disease or parkinsonism.
The gait is slightly wide based, but not reeling. Difficulty initiating gait (taking the first step) can sometimes appear almost parkinsonoid (Sypert et al., 1973; Mazza et al., 1976).
