Any of many enzymes which catalyze oxidation reactions, especially ones using molecular oxygen.
The effects of hemoglobin in anemia and chlorosis, and even in tuberculosis, are due to its triple action; it acts opotherapeutically, through the blood oxydases, which it contains when properly prepared.
