  1. (not-comparable) Pertaining to deposits that include a combination of lipids and melanin.
    • The term "lipomelanotic reticulosis" was created by Pautrier and Woringer' in 1937, to describe lipomelanotic deposits in enlarged lymph nodes; the condition was associated with certain generalized dermatoses. 1954, Oliver Samuel Ormsby, Hamilton Montgomery, Diseases of the skin, page 525:
