Meanings

  1. (uncountable) The state or quality of being heartful.
  2. (uncountable) The state or quality of being heartful. ▸ A form of meditation practice which features the use of pranahuti or yogic transmission and the cleaning of impressions (called samskaras).
    • In Heartfulness, however, because of the effectiveness of Pranahuti, Samadhi may be experienced by beginners, so the normal sequence does not necessarily apply.
