Meanings
(uncountable, usually) A work that dwells upon graphic and realistic scenes of sadistic torture, mutilation, vivisection, cannibalism, etc. to the point of being pornographic.
Recent works of gorn include the several Saw and Hostel films and The Devil's Rejects (2005).
