   • When the 'Hlem'mosona and the warrior reach the ceremonial chamber, the latter, who is a very aged man, dons a queer-looking mask, entirely unlike those worn by the personators of the gods but similar to our common falseface. 1904, John Wesley Powell, Matthew Williams Stirling, Smithsonian Institution.
