Etymology
Imitative reduplication. Introduced in 2001 by the American cartoon South Park in the episode “Osama bin Laden Has Farty Pants” and further popularized by the puppet-animated movie Team America: World Police (2004).
Meanings

By further enforcing a positive identification with whiteness and an assumed impossibility for whites to commit terrorist acts, [John Timothy] Earnest states, by evoking a stereotypical picture of a Muslim terrorist, that since he is not wearing “the sandnigger’s” equivalent of a durag,” since his “skin isn’t the color of shit,” as he cannot be “smelled from across the room,” since it is “socially unacceptable” for him “to marry” his cousins, and, since he does not shout “Durka durka mohammed jihad” (a reference to the American satirical series South Park), he concludes: “So no, I’m not a terrorist” (6).
