The issue was last raised in the House of Commons by Tan Dhesi in September 2022, when then-Transport Minister Wendy Morton said only that: "This Government remains committed to improving rail access to Heathrow and has co-funded the recently-opened Elizabeth Line which operates between Paddington and Heathrow."
