- For the requirements of the cigarette manufacturer whose output is limited or whose factory is so situated that the transportation of the Standard cigarette machine would be impractical, the Chico cigarette machine has been designed and is so constructed that it can be separated into six units and very easily reassembled. This machine will make from 300 to 325 pasted-seam cigarettes, round or oval, per minute and is equipped with an automatic tobacco feed and single-knife cut-off and casein paster. The Chico machine also has an attachment for printing in one or two colors and one color and bronze. An electric seam drying device can be supplied if desired. A recent addition to the cigarette machine family is the hand-operated Midget cigarette machine which, with few exceptions, will make whatever the Standard and the Chico machines will make, although on a much smaller production scale.
