(countable, uncountable) The annual percentage rate at which customers stop using a service, or employees leave a job (staff turnover).
These include higher performance levels, increased customer satisfaction and better business results, plus a range of other metrics such as staff churn rate, gender pay gap, industrial relations and staff satisfaction.
