  1. (not-comparable) Twice; showing that something is, or is to be, repeated, such as a passage of music, or an item in accounts.
    • Article 15 bis of the Rome Statute ("Exercise of jurisdiction over the crime of aggression (State referral, proprio motu)") lays down, in ten paragraphs, special procedural rules for the initiation of an individual prosecution on charges under Article 8 bis of the Statute (for a comprehensive examination of that article's material provisions, see supra 5.1) on the basis of a State referral or proprio motu by the Prosecutor.
