Coined by Anthony Bogaert in 2012, from auto- + χωρίς (khōrís, “without”) + -sexual, for a rough meaning of "without-self-sexual."

Experiencing sexual arousal or fantasies disconnected from oneself and/or without an active desire for partnered sexual activity.
