Both Endo-CC1 and Endo-CC2 exhibited the hydrolase activity for high-mannose type and biantennary complex type oligosaccharides like Endo-M. Although Endo-M hydrolyzed asialobiantennary oligosaccharide containing bisecting GlcNAc, neither Endo-CC1 nor Endo-CC2 did.
