From anti- + jab + -er.

(Australia, New-Zealand, UK, informal, neologism) A person who opposes vaccination or refuses to be vaccinated (especially against COVID-19).
To me, two things are obvious. First, those of us who get the jab should not be held hostage by those who refuse it. The anti-jabbers do so at their own risk, and once we get to the point where all those who actually want the jab in Australia have received it, then it should be game on.
