Named after Las Vegas, because the city is known for having signs and slot machines with flashing lights.

Meanings

  1. A testing/demonstration mode of mixing consoles where the controls methodically move by themselves. It is used both to create a visual spectacle and to prove that controls are not malfunctioning.
    • It confirmed for me that digitally controlled audio was the only way to fly, but the thing that all the clients thought was really cool, was Vegas mode.
