Borrowed from Russian Царь-бо́мба (Carʹ-bómba, “emperor of bombs”).
Meanings
- A 50-megaton thermonuclear bomb, detonated by the Soviet Union in October 1961. It was the biggest nuclear bomb ever exploded.
