They’d be in an agonized state of desperate pleading, with eyes squeezed and foreheads scrunched, whispering rapid words with no breaths in between and clutching their palms so tightly that they sent tension throughout their whole trembling bodies. They seemed to be imploring for rescue. I exhibit K-rage whenever my safety is threatened, and it has both gotten me out of dicey situations and into them.
