Borrowed from Korean 충청(忠淸) (Chungcheong).

(historical) One of the Eight Provinces of Korea during the Joseon Dynasty.
When the former Minister of Law, Cho Pyeng-sik, was Governor of Chungchong province, he was told by a geomancer that the site of one O Hen-keun’s house was the luckiest spot for a grave.
