1. A prefecture-level city, the capital of the Xinjiang autonomous region, China.

   • As also proved from statistical figures, different wind conditions are established over some marginal parts of China. Harbin/15, which records 50% of all directions from SE, S and SW, underlines atypical wind conditions which exist over northeastern China.
